The Application Process

The application process consists of two parts: completing a detailed questionnaire and participating in a Deep Dive session with Adele. Let’s take a closer look at each step.

Part 1: The Questionnaire

The first part of the application process involves completing a comprehensive questionnaire. This questionnaire is designed to give us a better understanding of your background, experiences, and
aspirations as a potential Pattern Maker Facilitator. It’s important to take your time and provide detailed responses, as this will help us evaluate your suitability for the program.

Please note that there are no right or wrong answers. We value honesty and authenticity, so feel free to share your thoughts openly. Your responses will be carefully reviewed, and upon completion,
you’ll receive an email with a link to book your Deep Dive session.

Part 2: The Deep Dive Session

The second part of the application process is the Deep Dive session with Adele. During this session, Adele will delve deeper into your questionnaire responses and explore how your unique skills and experiences align with the requirements of a Pattern Maker Facilitator. The purpose of this session is to assess your potential and determine if you’re a good fit for the program.

Please allow us one week to review your questionnaire before scheduling the Deep Dive session. We want to ensure that we give your application the attention it deserves.

What to Expect

While we would love to accept every applicant into the program, it’s important to note that the application process does not guarantee a spot. We have a limited number of openings, and various factors are considered when selecting candidates. These factors include your niche area of expertise, your past experiences, and most importantly, your desire to become a facilitator.

One aspect that won’t hinder your application is your past training. While it’s interesting to know about your previous training, it’s not the sole determinant of your eligibility. We value diverse backgrounds and perspectives, so don’t worry if you haven’t undergone extensive training.
